The four levels of construction
Every project is different, which is why we offer construction at four clearly defined levels — you decide where you would like to take over control of the build and where you would like to leave it entirely to us.

An itemised budget is prepared for the construction drawings, so we can tell you — to the forint, with a price guarantee — how much the house will cost until handover. On request we also apply so-called "open book" pricing, which provides full transparency and cost-based accounting.
